Totus Tuus (Totally Yours), is a week-long Catholic summer program for grades 1-12. This summer program seeks to inspire in young people a true longing for holiness, a deep desire for daily conversion, and an openness to their vocation, by challenging them to give themselves entirely to Jesus Christ through Mary, and by continually strengthening their prayer lives in imitation of her.
Missionaries (college-aged students and seminarians) engage the youth of the parish with skits, songs, games and inspiring, interactive teaching. Totus Tuus demonstrates that one can be a faithful, practicing Catholic and still have fun.
Participants entering grades 1-6 are invited to attend our day program from July 29 -Aug 2. Our day program goes from 9AM-2:30PM. Parents or caregivers will drop their child(ren) off in the parish hall (church basement) each day. Participants are expected to bring their own lunch each day except for Friday (nothing containing peanuts please). Parents or caregivers will then pick their child(ren) up at 2:30PM in the parish hall. If participants need to be excused or will arrive late for a day during the week that is alright (just let Brian McGee know-b.mcgee@dbqarch.org).
Participants entering grades 7-12 are invited to attend our night program from 6:30-8:45PM in the school library. The night program will go from July 28-Aug 1 and will include a meal each night.
